2. Intellectual Property & Platform Usage All software code, mathematical algorithms, proprietary valuation metrics, text, graphics, user interface (UI) designs, and branding assets on NepseCal are the exclusive intellectual property of NepseCal and are protected under the Copyright Act of Nepal and international copyright treaties.

  • Permitted Use: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to view and use NepseCal tools for individual, non-commercial financial research.
  • Prohibited Conduct: Users shall not use automated scrapers, crawlers, bots, or data-mining tools to extract market data or code from NepseCal. 3. Share Market Risk & No Financial Advice Trading and investing in equities, bonds, debentures, and mutual funds listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) carry inherent financial risks, including the complete loss of invested capital.

4. Data Accuracy, Tool Limits & Delays While NepseCal makes every effort to ensure the mathematical accuracy of its algorithms and the integrity of corporate data:
